We recently started the “baffle” process, which instead of using a process through pre-stitches, we use tape in order to create totally different patterns from the current ones, giving a more technical and elegant look.
This process requires knowledge and machinery in its construction, and Afortex is fully capable of doing it. We continue to deliver quilt solutions produced in the traditional way, today we are able to produce several patterns in which the customer can choose any pattern.
In terms of insutaltion, we have Portuguese suppliers with totally ecological solutions, managing to obtain 100% of the insulation that is completely renewable. We have other partnerships in Europe in order to deliver various solutions to the customer.
